Lauren Indovina is an Emmy Award-winning Director, Artist, DGA member, and Designer building at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and visual art. She is the Founder of House of Indovina, an experimental creative studio exploring emergent AI collaboration and new narrative structures.

Indovina’s career spans fine art, visual effects, animation, live action, and branding — blending traditional craft with experimental technology. Four of her films have been acquired by the permanent motion collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and her sculptures have been exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum. She has directed Super Bowl commercials, had her designs on diplay in public installations on Rodeo Drive and Times Square, and has worked with global brands including Apple, Amazon, Google, and Nike.

Her directorial work includes contributions to Beyoncé’s “Black Is King”, Amazon’s “Utopia”, and a 2023 AICP award-winning short film for Coinbase. In the same year, she presented alongside directors Michel Gondry, Michael Gracey, and Warren Fu at a Partizan Studios initiative focused on the future of storytelling and emerging technologies.

Indovina's journey started with industry giants Pixar, Disney, and Laika Entertainment. Although she initially pursued a career in feature animation, she serendipitously discovered advertising and motion design. Her work on short-format music videos and advertisements allowed her to rapidly refine her craft as a designer and director.

Her career soared when she secured a staff position at the studio Blind in Los Angeles, where she clinched her first Emmy. Blind soon relocated her to lead their newly established NYC office. She later joined the illustrious PSYOP, where she spent a decade as a staff director and designer.

In 2025, Indovina continues to expand her work in generative art, speculative filmmaking, and narrative worldbuilding. In May, she will present “Art is Dead: Long Live the Artist” as a featured speaker at the Executive Creative Summit at The One Club for Creativity. In 2014 she was appointed President of the Artificial Intelligence Jury for the ADC 103rd Annual Awards.

A graduate with honors from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Indovina has been published in Computer Arts Magazine, Emmys Magazine, Creative Review, and Autodesk. She has judged major creative awards including AICP, ADC, and The One Club for Creativity.

As of 2025, Indovina continues to expand her work in generative art, speculative filmmaking, and narrative worldbuilding. She is advancing new experimental films, visual systems, and collaborative AI projects at the frontier of human-machine creativity — through HouseofIndovina.com and its companion YouTube channel, House of Indovina.
